In short: İngilizcelik collects no personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device.

Who we are

İngilizcelik is made by RockStonePebble Studio in the Netherlands. Questions about this policy: studio@rockstonepebble.nl.

What stays on your device

To work, the app stores the following only on your phone or tablet (iPhone, iPad or Android). None of it is ever sent to us or anyone else:

The names you enter for each learner, their study mode, level, practice lists, word cards, game record and round history.
Your settings, such as theme, sounds, vibration and the daily reminder time. If you turn on the reminder, the notifications are scheduled on your device; no server is involved.
When your free first day started and how many free tests and cards were used today. On iPhone and iPad these are kept in the device's secure storage (Keychain), so reinstalling the app doesn't reset them. On Android they are kept in the app's own storage. They never leave the device.

Like other app data, this is included in your device's normal backup (iCloud or computer backup on iPhone and iPad, Google's Android backup on Android if it is turned on). Deleting the app removes your progress from the device. On iPhone and iPad, the free-day record in the Keychain may remain on the device.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting tools, and no tracking of any kind. It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. All words, sentences and audio are inside the app and it works offline.

Purchases

The one-time purchase is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, and by Google through Google Play on Android. We never receive your payment details, your Apple ID or your Google account. If you use Apple Family Sharing, Apple manages sharing the purchase with your family. Apple's or Google's own privacy policy applies to purchases.

Backup files

In Settings you can create a backup file of your progress. The file is created on your device and you decide where to save it or whom to share it with. We never receive it.

If you email us

When you write to us, for example through "Feedback and suggestions" in the app, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and share them with no one. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.

Children

İngilizcelik is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and the Turkish KVKK) you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Because the app collects none, this only applies to emails you send us. For any request, write to studio@rockstonepebble.nl.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
