Voor kinderen die net beginnen met schrijven, ongeveer vanaf vier jaar. Kinderen trekken eerst het woord over en schrijven het daarna zelf.
Wat kost de app?
Downloaden is gratis. De eerste tien woorden kun je meteen oefenen. Wil je alle 200 woorden en alle rekensommen vrijspelen, dan kan dat met één eenmalige aankoop. Er is geen abonnement.
Waar vind ik de aankoop?
Tik op Voor ouders op het startscherm. Daarachter zit een ouderslot met een rekenvraag, zodat kinderen er niet per ongeluk doorheen klikken.
Ik heb al betaald, maar de app is weer op slot.
Dat kan gebeuren na een nieuwe telefoon of het opnieuw installeren van de app. Ga naar Voor ouders en tik op Eerdere aankoop herstellen. Zorg dat je met hetzelfde Apple Account bent ingelogd als bij de aankoop. Lukt het dan nog niet, mail ons gerust.
Kan ik de aankoop delen met mijn gezin?
Ja. Delen met gezin staat aan, dus één aankoop geldt voor alle apparaten in je gezinsgroep.
Verzamelt de app gegevens over mijn kind?
Nee. Letterpret verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens en werkt volledig offline.

Zitten er advertenties in?
Nee, er zijn geen advertenties en geen links naar buiten de app.
Werkt de app zonder internet?
Ja, alles werkt offline. Alleen voor de aankoop is eenmalig een verbinding nodig.
Blijven de stickers bewaard?
Verdiende stickers blijven bewaard. De plek waar je ze in Stickerland neerzet, geldt voor die sessie.

For children just starting to write, roughly from age four. Children first trace the word, then write it themselves.
What does the app cost?
Downloading is free, and the first ten words are available right away. Unlocking all 200 words and the sums is a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
Where do I find the purchase?
Tap Voor ouders on the home screen. Behind it is a parental gate with a maths question, so children can't tap through by accident.
I already paid, but the app is locked again.
This can happen after getting a new phone or reinstalling the app. Go to Voor ouders and tap Eerdere aankoop herstellen (Restore purchase). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If that doesn't work, email us.
Can I share the purchase with my family?
Yes. Family Sharing is enabled, so one purchase covers every device in your family group.
Does the app collect data about my child?
No. Letterpret collects no personal information and works fully offline.

Does it work without internet?
Yes, everything works offline. A connection is only needed once, for the purchase.
Are stickers saved?
Earned stickers are kept. Where you place them in Stickerland applies to that session.
