How do the free tests work?

For the first 24 hours after you first open Klopt! on a device, you can take as many tests as you like. After that you get 3 free tests a day, and they come back at midnight. Every round counts as one test, and so does the placement test. Practice mistakes is always free. A test only counts once you answer its first question.

What does the full version include?

Unlimited tests, every day. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription. If you use Apple Family Sharing, your family members get it too, on their own Apple ID and device.

I bought the full version, but the app is asking me to pay again.

Open Options and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to buy it. Family members need to be part of your Apple Family Sharing group.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will I lose my progress if I get a new phone?

If you move to your new phone from an iCloud or computer backup, your progress comes along. You can also use Options › Back up progress to save a file, then Restore a backup on the other device. That is also the way to move progress between an iPhone and an iPad.

I deleted the app. Can I get my progress back?

Only if you made a backup file before deleting it. Progress is stored only on your device, so we cannot recover it for you.

My level seems wrong.

In Adaptive mode your level settles where you answer about 70% correctly, so it may take a few rounds to adjust. If it feels far off, tap Home next to your name and retake the placement test. You can also pick a fixed level from A1 to C1.

Some easy English-looking words never show up.

Words spelled almost like their English meaning, such as museum, are hidden by default. Turn off Options › Hide look-alike words to include them.

Can several people use the app on one device?

Yes. Each name keeps its own level, practice list and history. Tap Home next to your name to switch user or add a new one. Free tests are counted per device, not per person.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. All words, sentences and audio are built into the app. You only need a connection to buy or restore the full version.

I found a wrong translation or a mistake in a sentence.
